The Armenian Red Cross Society, in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, within the framework of the "Risk Awareness and Safe Behavior 2023" program, during the months of April-May, carried out events to raise awareness of the danger of explosive ordnance and safe behavior in 17 communities of Tavush, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor and Syunik regions, where 2927 children and adults participated.
The purpose of awareness-raising activities was to impart necessary knowledge on mines and explosive remnants of war and general rules of safe behavior during firing and shelling, thus contributing to the reduction of accidents.
