Two days ToT training within the framework of “Safe Schools” Project financed by the Japan Red Cross and with the support of the IFRC/RC was organized by ARCS DM/PM Department. Selected Trainers for training were senior students from State Medical University who will further take part in project implementation stage as trainers, particularly in conducting trainings in schools.
Different topics related to DRR such as “Natural and Manmade Disasters”, “How to behave in disasters”, “Statistical Data on Disasters and its consequences” were presented to participants. Various discussions in working groups were organized. As a final stage of the training, test examination has been conducted to identify how well participants understood presented topics. All participants have passed the test successfully.
