Who are the facilitators? How can they help young people with career orientation? Volunteers from the Tavush Regional Branch of the Armenian Red Cross Society got acquainted with these and other topics on August 22 and 23 during the training course on "Community Development. in the Context of Conscious Choice of Profession".
One of the most important preconditions for the development of communities is the development of sustainable human capital, which is based on the conscious choice and planning of profession and career. During the training the participants got acquainted with the peculiarities of the facilitator's work, their strong and essential role in the professional orientation of young people, acquired professional orientation meeting organizing skills, they also learned the stages of change of teenagers and young people behavior.
In addition, they also had the opportunity to develop group work skills.
The two-day training was conducted by the Career Lab Center within the framework of “EU4Youth: Fostering potential for greater employability” project.
