On October 12, the Armenian Red Cross was awarded by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia for participating inthe fire fighting at the Surmalu trade center on August 14 and assistance provided to the response operations.
The award was given to Dr. Anna Yeghiazaryan, ARCS Secretary General by Deputy Minister A. Grigoryan.
