Job Title: Marketing and Sales Officer

The ARCS are seeking Marketing and Sales Specialist to join the team for four months. The position has a specific focus on contributing to enhancement of First Aid (FA) training system. The work is conducted in close collaboration and coordination with the First Aid Department, Information and Dissemination department and Information Management specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing:
• Assess opportunities and trends related to FA training promotion
• Contribute to marketing plan to promote FA training
• Contribute to targeted content and messaging in collaboration with First Aid and Communication specialists
• Contribute to updating FA landing page targeting the Armenian workforce market.

2. Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Map and maintain the portfolio of commercial customers for FA training
• Engage with existing and potential commercial customers through appropriate sales methods to promote FA training
• Contribute to establishing and maintenance of a system for processing and following up on customer inquiries related to FA training.

3. Campaign Management:
• Contribute to planning of FA marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media).
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance.

Qualifications:

-          Degree in Marketing.

-          2-3 years of working experience in marketing and sales

-          Understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and digital marketing.

-          Knowledge of Red Cross Red Crescent Movement

-          Understanding of First Aid service functioning within Red Cross

-          Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

-          Ability to analyze data and market trends

-          Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-          Fluent in Armenian. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
