The Armenian Red Cross Society informs that on March 4, 2024, a complaint was submitted to the Agency of the State Register of Legal Entities at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia by ARCS ex employees Anna Yeghiazaryan and Nune Grigoryan's representative Karen Movsisyan with a request to annul the appointment of Artur Aristakesyan as executive director of ARCS claiming that the powers of the board and acting president of the ARCS Mkhitar Mnatsakanyan, and the decision to appoint Artur Aristakesyan as executive director are not legal. Within the framework of administrative proceedings initiated on the basis of Karen Movsisyan's complaint hearings were held on March 12, during which the parties presented their positions and factual circumstances. A. Yeghiazaryan and N. Grigoryan's representative K. Movsisyan did not present any evidence, moreover, during the hearing he verbally refused to present any evidence regarding the obviousness of their claim, as evidenced by the recording made during the hearing.
Taron Baghdasaryan, the representative of Secretary General of the ARCS, A. Aristakesyan and acting president of the ARCS M. Mnatsakanyan, presented facts and factual circumstances, which justify that the acting president of the ARCS M. Mnatsakanyan's and the board's powers and the signed decision are legitimate.
Based on the above-mentioned facts and being guided by Article 76, Part 1, Clause b of the Law "On Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure", the state register agency rejected A. Yeghiazaryan and N. Grigoryan's representative K. Movsisyan's complaint of March 4, 2024, leaving the administrative act of the state registration of changing the secretary general of the ARCS unchanged.
