On the 26th of February, 2015 a psychological training for Syrian-Armenian refugee women was held in the frames of “Improving Refugee reception and Promoting Integration of PoCs in Armenia”. The topic was “Emotional reflection”.
In the beginning of the training the project coordinator Hasmik Khachatryan introduced to PoCs UNHCR funded projects.
The psychologists continued introduction of the essence and the importance of psychological service. The participants shared their worries and problems which they are facing every day.
The psychologists interpreted the influence of emotional changes on the mental health and explained how to cope with difficult emotional situations, provided a number of practical recommendations that promote relaxation of emotional tension.
The discussions during the training were followed by psychological exercises aiming to reveal the emotional tension of participants.
