Dr. Anna Yeghiazaryan, Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS) Secretary General and Davron Mukhamadiev, Head of IFRC Delegation for South Caucasus signed “Strengthening the ARCS feedback mechanism through digitalization” project agreement.
The IFRC CBF funding will allow the ARCS to strengthen its digital environment and ensure improved digital capacities, community feedback mechanism and more accountable system.
