On 24-26 September, 2012 in Minsk, Belarus, Meeting of Russian-speaking National Societies leadership took place. The meeting which is being organized every two years, attended National Societies’ leaders from former USSR, Tadateru Konoe, President of Red Cross and Red Crescent International Federation, as well as IFRC and ICRC representatives.
Existing achievements, current issues and challenges have been discussed during the meeting.
On the basis of the results and conclusions, Resolution was formed to improve and develop Ns’s capacities and activities.
Dr. Anna Yeghiazaryan, Secretary General and Mariana Harutyunyan, Head of International relations department presented Armenian Red Cross Society at the meeting.
