Project Objective
Through collaborative efforts of all stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure educational environment. The education community will have developed resilience skills to address the risks
of the conflict and post-conflict environment.
Project Outputs
1. The school community has developed its resilience and is confident and prepared to actively respond to the challenges in the conflict and post-conflict environment.
2. Building resilience and emergency response skills of educational institutions in border communities to deal with conflict and post-conflict risks.
3. Assessment of emergency preparedness of 12 selected vulnerable IB schools in Vayots Dzor, Syunik, and Gegharkunik regions is conducted: evacuation plans, equipment of schools,
awareness, and skills of people, etc.
Target groups of the project
The target groups of the project are the staff and pupils of 12 selected border schools in Vayots Dzor, Syunik and Gegharkunik marzes of RA.
