The aim of the program was to increase efficiency and effectiveness of resource mobilization of ARCS.
Objective 1. To establish/improve communication with existing and potential donors
- Increased awareness among corporate donors about ARCS activities
- Increased capacity of staff to use IT tools for resource mobilization
Objective 2. To increase donors’ participation in ARCS projects
- Increased donors’ interest in ARCS projects
- Mobilized public resources (human, technical and financial)
- Increased capacity of staff and volunteers to engage with donors and potential donors
